Incredible Fishing in Canada's Yukon Territory

Welcome to a world where fishing is the way you've always dreamed it should be. Huge Lake trout, Northern pike and Arctic grayling live in large numbers in waters as pure as they were 100 years ago, and just you and a few friends are there to savour the experience.

At Grizzly Creek Lodge, you get to fish on lakes and rivers that are surrounded by wilderness virtually untouched by humans - a land populated by moose, caribou, bear, wolves and many other creatures.

See our Fishing page for complete information.

Serenity in the Northern Wilderness

Grizzly Creek Lodge is located 90 miles east of Watson Lake, Yukon on the Toobally Lakes, the headwaters of the Smith River, and is only accessible by air. We actually have 2 lodge complexes, both complete with guest cabins, shower house, boathouse, etc.

About the Yukon Territory

The Yukon is in northwestern Canada. It sits between the Canadian province of British Columbia and the Arctic Ocean, with Alaska to the west and the Northwest Territories to the east. At 483,450 square kilometres (186,661 square miles), the Yukon is larger than California, and offers a stunning variety of scenery and ecosystems. Summer in Yukon is from mid May to mid September, but even on the edges of those dates frosty nights can happen, especially at higher altitudes. We have good shopping and an excellent medical system as well as very good air and highway connections to what we call "the Outside".

See our Links page for much more information on the region.
